SI stands for Super Intelligence, the term the US government now uses for AI, and for systems integration, which is what we do.

Over The Road SI (OTRSI) helps small and mid-size trucking carriers with the IT problems that stop freight paperwork: EDI rejects from brokers and shippers, office phones, VPNs, printers, email, and networks. Everything is in writing, by text, email, or web form. There are no sales calls and no phone tag.

What we do

• Free EDI Reject Checker and Full Fix Reports ($59 per issue): the exact corrected segment and how to resend it. Try the checker.
• EDI Watch (from $149/mo): forward your reject emails and every issue is diagnosed and answered.
• Carrier IT Support ($249/mo): IT support for carriers by text and email, for up to 10 users. Printers and scanners, FortiClient VPN, email and DNS, IBM i sessions, and phones. It's a support service from people who know trucking, not a software product.
• Hands-on expert help: when a fix needs someone in your systems, a vetted independent expert does it at a fixed, prepaid quote. How it works.

How we work

• Payment first, no surprises. You pay before work starts, and if we can't find the cause of a Fix Report, the refund is automatic. Payment-First Policy.
• No passwords. We never ask for or keep your system passwords. Hands-on work happens only in sessions you start.
• Your files stay yours. Raw EDI files are deleted after 30 days and never used to train AI models.
