- ✔ Fix reports: if we can't find the cause, you get an automatic full refund. If the fix doesn't work, one free revision, then a refund on request within 14 days.
- ✔ Monthly plans: billed in advance; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period. First month refundable within 14 days. A failed payment pauses service until it's paid.
- ✔ Expert jobs: paid upfront and held until you confirm. Not resolved? Settled from the held funds, up to a full refund.
