Are calls recorded?

Only if you turn recording on. When it's on, every caller hears a short notice first, such as "This call may be recorded for quality and accuracy." Some states require every party's consent, and callers can be calling from anywhere.

When do text summaries start?

Phone carriers require every business that sends texts to register, which takes about 10–15 days. Calls work on day one. Until texting is approved, your summaries arrive by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel online at any time. Service runs to the end of the billing period. See refund terms at checkout.

How do I get help?

Use the support form or email support@otrsi.ai. Support is written only (no phone line). Our assistant answers right away and brings in the owner when needed.
